After graduating from the University of Michigan, Ryan Zuckerman joined the family business and became the fourth generation to enter into the real estate industry. Before specializing as a real estate agent, Ryan worked as a builder and developer. This experience has afforded Ryan with a more unique and comprehensive understanding of real estate processes than most agents possess. Since joining Zuckerman Realty in 2005, Ryan has bought, sold, built and developed over 1,000 luxury homes in Florida.

In an effort to share his vast and intricate knowledge of the real estate world, Ryan co-authored a book titled The Insider’s Secrets to Homebuying. Tracy comes from a well-established and reputable lineage of real estate professionals, developers and builders. She began learning about the industry each night as a young girl at the dinner table. Tracy honed her skills to gain valuable knowledge while working with her father at the sales office. During this time Tracy realized how much she loved interacting with people and helping them find their dream homes. Naturally, Tracy went on to become a licensed real estate broker. Tracy married Andrew Zuckerman a custom home-builder/developer, also from a generational family that has been in the real estate industry since the 1920s.
After years of advising family and friends of their real estate transactions, Tracy decided to form Zuckerman Realty in 1989. Tracy wanted to share her expertise and unique approach to the industry with a broader audience. By personally being involved in building, buying and/ or selling five of her own custom homes she has gained first-hand experience and practical real estate knowledge, allowing her to proficiently guide clients through the real estate process. With a broader perspective, Tracy has been extremely successful assisting her clients throughout the entire home buying experiencing always ending with a positive result, their dream home.
